Attorney Mark Twombly Lee

Attorney Mark Twombly Lee is a fourth generation native of Worcester County, Massachusetts. Attorney Lee is a 1984 graduate of St. John’s High School, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Stonehill College, B.A., (1988) and New England School of Law – Boston, J.D. 1995.

Attorney Lee was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1995 and the Worcester County Bar Association in 1996 and the Massachusetts Bar Foundation in 2004. Since admission to the bar, Attorney Lee has served the legal community and the public with Pro Bono work through the Massachusetts Justice Project, Lawyer for the Day, Reduced Fee Panel and the Lawyer’s Referral Service, the Housing Court Committee, the Probate Court Committee, the Lawyer Referral Committee of the Worcester County Bar Association, and as a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation serving on the IOLTA Grant Committee.

Since 1998, Attorney Lee has served the Probate and Family Court as a category “D” and “F” approved Guardian Ad Litem.

Attorney Lee’s community service has included service as a past officer of the Worcester Young Businessman’s Association, past officer for the Tatnuck Chapter of Business Network International, member of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, member of the Worcester Chapter of the Better Business Bureau, guest speaker Worcester Landlord’s Association, past incorporator of the Higgins Armory Museum, member of the Worcester Art Museum, past counsel to the Boylston Planning Board, and Guest Speaker to the Neighbor Works Program.

Attorney Lee is recognized annually for his service to the Massachusetts Justice Project and the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. In 2017, he was named a Louis D. Brandeis Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. He is a past award recipient for past service in the Worcester Housing Court, and the Lawyer of the Day Program in the Worcester Probate Court. Attorney Lee maintains a BV, very distinguished rating with Martindale Hubbell, and is an endorsed participant of AVVO holding a 9.4 Superb Rating, and holds the highest rating possible with the Better Business Bureau. Attorney Lee is a past executive committee member and co-chair of the Probate Court Section of the Worcester County Bar Association.

Attorney Lee’s regular presence in the Worcester Courts and familiarity with the court and the bar eases his clients through an often confusing process saving clients time, money, wasted effort and stress.
